What will you do as a Service Engineer at Lowpad?
As a Service Engineer at Lowpad, you will implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Lowpad systems. A Lowpad system consists of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) that transport load carriers autonomously in various environments.
To succeed at Lowpad, you’ll need a professional attitude, strong communication skills and perseverance. We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, proactive and keen to take ownership. You work well both independently and as part of a team, and you manage your time effectively.
- Implementing and maintaining Lowpad systems at our clients’ sites
- Working closely with system integrators to ensure smooth implementation and integration
- Providing technical support
What do we expect from you?
You are proactive and ready to assist clients even outside regular office hours. In addition, you bring the following:
- A relevant technical qualification in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or automotive engineering, or equivalent experience in a similar role
- A valid driving licence
- Analytical, flexible and hands-on, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel internationally
